• Use PLACE lead generation systems every week
• Work with buyers to secure agreements and find their ideal homes
• Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
• Record tasks in PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Turn leads into appointments
• Join weekly script practice and team activities
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Work with sellers to secure listings and market their homes
• Offer expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
