Finish the PLACE Launch program
Use PLACE lead generation systems every week
Work with buyers to secure agreements and find their ideal homes
Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
Record tasks in PLACE Technology
Host two open houses each month
Turn leads into appointments
Join weekly script practice and team activities
Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
Work with sellers to secure listings and market their homes
Offer expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
