We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team at ArchCrest Commercial Partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Real Estate Agent, you will work closely with our clients to help them navigate the buying and selling process and ensure a successful outcome. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and personalized attention
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Prepare and present comparative market analysis to help clients make informed decisions
Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions on behalf of clients
Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other agents and team members to share market knowledge and best practices
Qualifications:
Active real estate agent license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of successfully closing deals and delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
Proficient in using real estate databases, CRM, and other relevant software
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules
