The office is at the heart of Wollaston center, just a 5 min. walk to the T station and our FREE parking lot is right next to the office. We're not a traditional real estate company. Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Quincy, MA for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant specializing in Marketing at Classic Homes Real Estate. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of the real estate team. Your tasks will include managing our database and utilizing the Multiple Listing System, as well as creating and editing marketing materials, both written & on-line, and providing administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various marketing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge & utilization of social media platforms
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
