Role Description
Hiring two part-time, on-site role as a Real Estate Administrative Assistants. As a Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to real estate agents, managing paperwork and transactional documentation, supporting social media content and providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues. 30 hours/week. Flexible hours. Carmel Indiana and the Geist Area.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
Administrative Assistance and Real Estate
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in real estate is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
