What You'll Do
Lead Response: Promptly follow up on all leads to drive business forward.
Client Engagement: Build trust with prospects, address concerns effectively, and secure signed contracts.
Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions to ensure smooth closings.
Negotiation: Negotiate property acquisitions effectively and ethically.
About You
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales teams in previous roles.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of transactional real estate.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
Attributes: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You bring drive, hustle, and coachability to the team.
