Experience

  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • At least 1 year of Real Estate Wholesale experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of transactional Real Estate required.

Time Requirement

  • Must be available 8:30 am -5:00 pm EST with the expectation that some time outside of these hours may be required. (i.e. Evenings and Saturdays)

Compensation

Compensation Structure:

  • Compensation heavily incentivizes a commission-only structure. 15% commission on all deals. If quarterly quota is met, commission is increased to 20% retroactive for all deals in that quarter.
  • PTO Available for anyone who meets their quarterly quota early.
  • Total Yearly Compensation between $125,000 - $250,000 (With on-track performance).
  • There are base pay options available.

Promotion Pathway

  • For individuals demonstrating exemplary effort and results over a 10-12 month period, there's an opportunity for promotion to Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, you'll utilize your experience and success as a closer to coach other closers within the team.

Fairness In Evaluation For Raises And Promotions

  • At the 10-month mark, your performance will undergo review. We consider both quantitative metrics and qualitative aspects such as teamwork, positivity, openness, and responsibility.
  • Promotion to the Sales Manager position is contingent upon meeting these criteria.

Pay Transparency

  • Base pay is paid out on a bi-weekly basis. Commission on a deal is paid out upon deal closure. Frequency of deal closures will vary but this typically happens a few times a month, depending on individual deal closures.
