Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Candidates must reside in/around Austin)

The company, a reputable real estate investment company, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and closing both cold and warm leads using various investment strategies, including wholesaling, fix and flips, and expanding our rental portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with prospects and clients to address concerns and finalize deals.
  • Facilitate seamless transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on market trends, investment models, and prepare necessary paperwork for sales.
  • Analyze property values utilizing market data, trends, and research.
  • Maintain prompt responsiveness to leads to drive business progression.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to nurture and convert leads.
  • Input and manage lead information in our CRM system.
  • Secure signed contracts through phone negotiations or in-person appointments.
  • Evaluate properties and assess comparable sales to determine offer prices.
  • Structure offers aligning with our business objectives.
  • Oversee real estate transactions from start to finish.
  • Provide constructive feedback for sales process enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Passion for sales with a strong drive to excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or relevant experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in setting and closing appointments via phone.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate Acquisitions/Sales and Outbound Sales.
  • Preferred 3 years experience in Lead Management.

Compensation

$90,000+ At Plan
