We're currently seeking a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist who will be instrumental in hunting, preparing, and closing deals while ensuring each transaction is smooth and successful. As a key player in our business's growth and success, we provide the necessary tools and support to empower our acquisitions team to excel.
About The Role
As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing several properties for sale simultaneously, marketing our properties through various channels, coordinating inspections, showings, photography, and videography, and promptly responding to inquiries from potential buyers. Your organizational skills will be crucial in keeping track of critical dates such as inspection contingency dates and closing dates to ensure no step in the process is overlooked.

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly base salary plus commission

- Research investment and partnership models, real estate market trends, and prepare necessary paperwork for sales.
- Utilize market trends and data research to assess property value and condition.
- Ensure smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Effectively utilize follow-up tools provided and maintain tech-savviness.
- Over 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related field highly desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with superior phone etiquette.
- Driven, passionate, and goal-oriented individual with a strong interest in real estate asset selling.
