Real Estate Acquisition and Project Manager

Overview: We are a dynamic real estate investment firm specializing in residential home flipping, dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods and maximizing property values. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Acquisition and Project Manager. This role is pivotal in identifying, acquiring, and managing residential properties through the entire investment cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Property Origination: Identify and source potential residential properties suitable for renovation and flipping.
• Negotiation and Acquisition: Negotiate with property owners, agents, and stakeholders to secure favorable purchase terms. Prepare and execute purchase contracts.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence including property inspections, title reviews, and financial analysis.
• Project Management: Oversee the renovation process from planning and budgeting through to execution and completion.
• Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize property value and ensure timely sales transactions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the investment process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate acquisition, property management, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
• Excellent project management abilities, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Understanding of residential construction and renovation processes.
• Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Real Estate license (if required by state regulations).
