Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.). - Synthesizes multiple sources of data into insights and develops strategic recommendations that inform business decisions on corporate R&D programs
- Consults with business and strategy teams to define key business questions and identify knowledge gaps that require new insights and external partners to de-risk and maximize opportunities
- Scopes the appropriate primary or secondary research objectives and methodology leading to a learning plan that addresses the defined business questions
- Conducts detailed analyses to interpret data and synthesizes multiple data points to understand the target audience(s)
- Determines the best execution partner for the work based on key criteria for partner engagement and manages uptake/handoff of the project with other partners, continuing to participate at a high level
- Assemble and lead teams to develop scope and project plan with clear milestones and measurable key performance indicators
- Prepare program updates, presentations, and communications for executive audience
- Collaborate internally and consult on discovery phase new product programs
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Ten (10)years of combined experience in marketing, marketing consulting, and/or research and analytics in a private, public, government or military environment
- Advanced degree in engineering, science, technology management, or business administration from an accredited institution
- Seven (7) years of medical device or health care experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams to identify organizational and workflow challenges; and lead change and improvement outcomes aligned with the vision, strategy, and priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence in a matrix environment and prepare presentations for executive management
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Customer-/client-centric mindset combined with contagious enthusiasm and passion
- Demonstrated ability to engage and lead teams to deliver results. Very strong interpersonal and team building skills
