Are you ready to build your career by joining an international food and beverage company? If so, our client is hiring a R&D Nutrition Science.

What You'll Do:

• Read and interpret published scientific literature on functional ingredient benefits (e.g., energy, mood, cognition, physical performance) to assess viability of study.
• Summarize and organize studies in PICO format using summarized PICO charts and other relevant scientific data, policies, and regulations.
• Create ingredient- or benefit-specific dossiers.
• Track functional ingredient requests and create monthly dashboard for reporting purposes.
• Support brand through collection and organization of student athlete waivers.
• Maintain and optimize team SharePoint .
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Masters’ Degree or equivalent in Nutritional Science, Food Science or Life Sciences.
• Fundamental knowledge of functional ingredients and nutrients.
• Excellent scientific literacy and demonstrated ability to comprehend and interpret human nutrition intervention studies.
• Ability to:
• Work within a matrixed organization.
• Distill scientific concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and interpersonal skills.
