I'm collaborating with a highly successful proprietary trading firm based in New York, specialising in cryptocurrency high-frequency trading (HFT), trading across both centralized and decentralized exchanges. The company seeks a Crypto Quant Trader with expertise in high-frequency trading and a solid quantitative foundation.


Below is an overview of the role:


  • Role: High-Frequency Crypto Quant Trader (HFT)
  • Brief: Directly oversee a major trading book during U.S. trading hours, managing all operational and trading-related matters in real-time
  • Location: New York (Hybrid)
  • Salary: Up to $200,000 salary, plus profit sharing and performance bonuses


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in high-frequency trading with a robust quantitative background
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing trading strategies
  • Comfortable navigating complex risk management systems
  • Strong skills in Python or similar programming languages
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
