FalconX is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Quantitative Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our trading capabilities and optimizing our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, experience working with large datasets, and team-minded approach to problem solving. Familiarity with Rust or C++ is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with trading team to design, enhance, and support trading strategies
  • Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting existing strategies
  • Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve system issues and inefficiencies
  • Play a key role in managing and optimizing strategy research pipelines
  • Collaborate across trading and engineering teams to enhance and support trading systems, including high-performance execution systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience with C++ or Rust is a plus
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web3 infrastructure is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing digital assets industry

Compensation

Base pay for this role is expected to be between $171,500 and $246,500 USD. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as skillset, experience, and qualifications.
