Job Description: Summary:
As a Quality Systems Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of transforming Edwards procedures to establish Critical Care Quality Management System
You will be collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to understand business needs and develop requirements, processes, and workflows.
You will be supporting setting up and training of new Supplier Management Quality Systems for the new organization.
Additional Skills:
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
Good project management skills and related software tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Education And Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field of study (Degree in Engineering preferred)
2-4 Years Of Experience Required
Experience in a quality and/or manufacturing environment in the medical device industry preferred
You will partner effectively with all levels of the organization to drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and escalate as required.
Post spin off, you will support SQE team to ensure compliance to quality system specifications and requirements. In addition you will continue to drive improvement of current practices and work with the appropriate functions to implement changes or participate in their implementation.
