Job Title: Quality Manager - Central Sterile Processing

Location: Burlington, VT

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week

Pay range: USD According to experience Annually/ Yearly + Benefits

Must-Haves

1 Minimum of seven (7) years Central Sterile Processing experience and 1 year of Certified endoscope reprocessing experience

2 Minimum Of One (1) Year Of Leadership Experience

3 Demonstrated experience in project management, performance improvement.

4 Associates Degree (Business management or healthcare leadership preferred) required, Bachelor's degree preferred, required within 3 years of Hire

5 Certified Registered Central Service Technician through HSPA or CBSPD and Certified Endoscope Re-processor - through HSPA or CBSPD

Summary

We are seeking a CSR Quality Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

The CSR Quality Manager leads quality, compliance and education for CSR department.

This role is the primary contact for CSR and high level disinfection process initiation, compliance adherence and tracking of quality and auditing activities.

This role utilizes a strong background in Sterile Processing workflow to develop and maintain a quality assurance program.

Working under the direction of the Director, Perioperative Services and in close collaboration with the Manager, Central Sterile Reprocessing, leaders of the surgical, procedural, ambulatory, and clinical areas.

The CSR Quality Manager develops processes and contributes to education, in-servicing, competency validation and auditing as it pertains to regulatory requirements and policy and procedures perioperative, procedural, and ambulatory sites.
