Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Manager for a pioneer in the Food Service Packaging Industry. We are looking for someone who is able to build a quality program from the ground up and will ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality programs
• Manage the food code compliance program and support audit preparation
• Set and track quality goals and metrics
• Lead quality improvement projects
• Resolve food safety and process issues

Required Skills:

• Strong Communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with data collection, analysis and project management
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft office and statistical tools such as Minitab

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field
• Quality certification, ASQ preferred
• 5 + years in leading quality teams in production
• SQF certification
• Ability to travel 50% for audits and trainings at facilities
• Experience in working environments with airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and humid/wet conditions
