QUALITY INSPECTOR

Responsibilities

• Assist in quality activities in the production area, component and/or finished goods warehouses as needed.
• Tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process.
• Conduct audits and product/process validation.
• Uses gauges and other devices to confirm conformity to product standards.
• Support other quality department employees in their activities.
• Support activities in regards to industry certification programs.
• Support company and departmental needs as directed by manager or executive management.
• Perform internal quality system audits as directed by manager.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with measurement tools, gauges, and inspection devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in conducting inspections.
• Flexibility to work within a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 35Lbs
• Previous experience in quality inspection within an automotive manufacturing environment is preferred.
