Our client, a large and global chemicals manufacturer is looking to hire a new senior member to join their Quality department to lead their quality assurance and control initiatives.

The Quality Director will also be responsible for ensuring the quality management system (QMS) and processes meet regulatory requirements and company standards for multiple sites. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of managing multi-site operations.

The Quality Director will:

• Lead QA/QC/QMS teams with the total direct and indirect reporting structure to be over 40+ employees
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust quality systems, including documentation, procedures, and metrics tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, standards, and certifications relevant to the chemicals industry (e.g., ISO, FDA, REACH).
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in quality management practices, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Lead efforts to enhance product quality through effective QA processes, including inspections, audits, testing protocols, and corrective actions.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through superior product quality and reliability.

The Quality Director has the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 10+ years of QMS experience
• Prior chemicals or adjacent regulated industry experience
