Job Title: Quality Control Inspector II
Job Location: Mt. Pleasant, PA
Shift Timings: 7 to 3 (or) 8 to 4
Requirements
Job Description:
Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Standing for long periods of time in Steel toed boots Comfortable using warehouse type equipment (Pallet Jacks) Comfortable with a physically demanding role, bending over to scan boxes, lift & move boxes etc.
Data entry- entering items into SAP and performing basic searches (Prior SAP experience not required)
Prefer experience in a Quality environment
Inspecting incoming material or non-conforming material (investigations/Quarantined Materials)
Key Areas Of Responsibilities
Follow assigned procedures and complete all training records.
Perform incoming inspection and/or final release acceptance activities within warehouse and distribution facilities.
Creation of NCM records for failed acceptance activities
Understand device history records and Bill of Materials (BOM)
Partner with warehouse operations, SQ on resolving quality issues.
Ensure quality system records (DHR, inspection, and other applicable records) are
complete, accurate and comply with procedures.
Meet departmental metrics
