InfraHire is looking for Quality Control in Fort Irwin, California.

Job Description

You will be responsible for overall management of the CQC and have the authority to act in all CQC matters . The CQC System Manager will implement the "Three Phase of Control" plan. Must inspect all work and rework. Is responsible for stopping any segment of work which does not comply with the contract and plans and specifications. Must prepare daily QC reports and hold weekly QC meetings. Should be a graduate engineer, graduate architect, a graduate of construction management, or an engineering technician with at least two years of college and an ICC certification as a Commercial Building Inspector with a minimum of five years construction experience. Will be required to be on the job site at all times during construction and assigned no other duties. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree and a minimum of years experience in Construction Management.
• Complete the Construction for Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors Familiar with requirements of the USACE EM 385 1-1
• Prior experience in directing and coordinating the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements, as well as inspecting.
• Knowledge of preparing specifications for purchase of materials and equipment. Supervising and training project team members as necessary.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• The ability to travel with possible short term relocation, as required.
