About the Role:

Media Tradecraft is seeking a self-motivated person to join our Revenue Operations Department. This role’s responsibilities include developing quality standards, conducting tests, and identifying issues in producing our products or services. Ultimately, this role will work with a team to ensure our final products meet our organization’s standards. We’re a fully remote company and welcome applicants from anywhere in the United States to apply.

Requirements:

·      Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role

·      Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance

·      Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards

·      Good communication skills, both verbal and written

·      Excellent data collection and analysis skills

·      Strong attention to detail

·      Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:

·      Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures

·      Performing routine inspections and quality tests

·      Ensure that regulatory standards are observed

·      Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues

·      Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors

·      Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports

·      Make recommendations for improvement

·      Create training materials and operating manuals

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field

·       Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.

·       Understanding of agile/scrum methodology and how QA functions within it

·       Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field.

·       Working knowledge of tools, methods, program languages, and concepts of quality assurance.

·       Experience working with technology teams to develop solutions or diagnose and fix issues preferred

·       Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

·       Must manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining the required quality standards.

·       A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done

·       Agile and collaborative - can work with internal and external stakeholders
