About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor to join our team. As a QA Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our production and operations teams to develop and implement quality control procedures, and to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and that our business continues to grow and thrive.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Certification in quality management or a related field
  • Experience with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
  • Experience with statistical process control

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Train and supervise QA team members to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of quality control initiatives and any issues that may arise

Skills:

As a QA Supervisor, you will use your strong knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards to develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct regular audits and inspections, and identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with production and operations teams, train and supervise QA team members, and provide regular reports to senior management. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success in this role.
