We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the quality of the processes, products, and services and also involves managing the four pillars of quality management: quality control planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement.
**Must have Quality Assurance/Quality Control in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance**
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and control quality standards
Develop quality procedures and assess data quality
Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
Identify and document issues and remediation actions
Manage remediation actions and recommend pre-emptive controls
Monitor and report quality metrics
Collaborate with senior management and business functions on data quality issues
Maintain and improve internal controls for compliance
Enable and monitor adherence to SOX controls
