Job Description

Wing Chun Co Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join the team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing our commitment to quality and excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that our food meet and exceed industry standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver the exceptional quality our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality assurance program.
• Oversee and conduct regular quality audits of our commercial kitchen component and food production processes.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and product enhancement.
• Investigate customer feedback and product quality issues to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and lead a team to ensure consistence of quality standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our workforce is aligned with quality objectives.
• Stay current with industry regulations and maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  
  

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food quality assurance, with a background in a food manufacturing setting.

Salary offered: AUD 75,000 - $77,000 plus Super
