Position Summary

Quality Assurance Manager will actively manage all quality functions. This individual will look

at all aspects of the value-stream (Inputs-Process-Output) and will maintain current and develop

new quality standards throughout the boot-making process. This individual will ensure that all

quality, personnel follow the inspection requirements such as: defects, measurements, fit, form,

and function.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of manufacturing floor experience - Shoe or Apparel preferred
  • 2to 5 years of Quality Management experience
  • Lean Manufacturing experience is a great plus (5S, VSM, LMS, QATS, etc)
  • Green belt certification - Black Belt preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
