Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Flight Schedule Pro is seeking an influential Quality Assurance Manager who will help guide our growing test team while creating powerful solutions for aircraft operators. This role requires a highly-productive, detail oriented leader who is a great communicator, has experience in scaling teams, and overseeing work from afar.

Job Responsibilities


  • Lead our onshore and offshore QA team
  • Empower your team to make the biggest impact possible for the company while helping them reach their professional development goals
  • Collaborate with peers in the technology team to manage risks and timelines on new projects
  • Consistently deliver projects on time with quality
  • Develop an overall understanding of our software
  • Work with the team members to understand how our software should work
  • Work with the customer success team to help identify, replicate and document defects
  • Work with the development team to recognize the potential for any operational issues, assess risks, and resolve issues before the software is complete
  • Create and maintain test plans and test cases
  • Run various manual tests on new and existing software products to ensure that programs satisfy all specifications and requirements
  • Design and implement automated tests for key test cases for inclusion in our ongoing automated test suite
  • Perform cross-browser and mobile application testing
  • Responsible for maintaining and increasing development team velocity
  • This position will report directly to the Vice President of Engineering


Required Skills/Experience:


  • 2+ years experience in QA leadership
  • SaaS testing preferred
  • Experience with test automation (Cypress preferred)
  • Experience creating test plans and cases
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience leading a team towards set deliverables
  • Willingness to continue to learn, adapt, and be coachable
  • Have high standards and a strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Must be action-oriented and focused on getting the job done
  • Plays well with others
