7 - 8 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or another related field is required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and conducting test processes for multiple types of systems, client users and/or units across an organization is required.
Minimum of 5 years of prior management experience, supervisory, or team leader experience is required.
2 - 3 years of leadership experience with Enterprise Architecture is required.

Responsibilities
Analyze the current quality assurance practices at agency, and recommend future state practices and tools.
Establish quality assurance metrics.
Manage the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and quality processes into the design and development of software IT processes.
Perform knowledge transfer to Quality assurance staff.
Ensure that quality measures and procedures are executed.
Ensure that products, applications, and systems are following agency’s established quality standards and meet customer requirements.
Champion the application of quality principles in business and IT processes through training, meeting and team facilitation, communication programs and team building activities.
Research, develop, and implement testing methods and procedures to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards while integrating with the new Florida PALM solution.
Monitor, track, and report on defects.
