Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our passionate team at JCRing. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge smart ring devices. You'll collaborate closely with our software engineering and product development teams to uphold our standards of excellence and deliver exceptional products to our customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of JCRing smart ring devices.
Conduct rigorous regression testing to identify and resolve software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and verify adherence to product requirements and specifications.
Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.
Document and communicate test results, defects, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Participate in product design reviews and provide input on quality and usability considerations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance testing of hardware and software products, preferably in the wearable technology industry.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
