Job Summary
As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of healthcare-related software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop and execute test plans, and identify and report defects. The QA Tester will contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Summary
As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of healthcare-related software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop and execute test plans, and identify and report defects. The QA Tester will contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Familiarity with healthcare management systems, claims processing, or related applications is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
Test Planning and Preparation:
- Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project documentation.
- Identify and prioritize test scenarios based on risk and business impact.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of healthcare applications.
- Document and report defects, issues, and discrepancies in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve reported issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Automate repetitive and routine testing tasks to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
- Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress, issues, and risks.
- Ensure adherence to established quality assurance standards, processes, and methodologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by providing feedback and suggesting improvements.
