QA Test lead SAP Domain(Onsite-Fremont,CA,USA)

Responsibilities

Integrate SAP and Non-SAP processes using tools like tricentis tosca and Selenium.

• Prepare, execute, validate, and document test scripts using SAP Solution Manager, QTP, and HPQC.
• Review test scripts developed by test engineers and assess test quality.
• Plan automation test script execution, file defects, and verify defect fixes.
• Lead offshore teams, establish direction, and motivate team members.
• Work closely with testing leads and stakeholders.
• Facilitate testing execution and develop test evidence.
• Manage daily test status reporting.
• Gather requirements and manage test exit/entry criteria.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Client-specific tasks (e.g., upgrading from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA).
• Ensure defined standards and processes for software testing.
• Manage defects and test cases using tools like JIRA , Azure Devops.
• Train the team in software testing best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 10+ years' of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
