QA Specialist for General domain

Our innovations can reduce Generative Artificial Intelligence(Gen AI) costs by up to 80% and bring Gen AI solutions to market 50% faster.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker with exceptional language skills
• Strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, semantics and locale specific nuances, slang, etc.
• Experience in linguistic analysis
• Familiarity with LLMs and NLP concepts and techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in language.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic role
• Ability to understand client guidelines and requirements
• Previous QA experience is a major plus
• Experience as a creative writer/content creator, journalism, blogging is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Review prompts provided for accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
• Evaluate provided answers for correctness, helpfulness and harmlessness.
• Identify and report any inconsistencies, errors, or biases in the reviewed content.
• Collaborate with PMs and Quality Managers (QM) to address issues and improve the crowd’s performance.
• Provide feedback on the quality issues to enhance accuracy.
• Stay updated on advancements in LLMs and NLP techniques relevant to LLM prompt/response authoring.
• Document observations and recommendations to the Centific team for further improvements.
• Contribute ideas for optimizing the overall performance.
• Immediately escalate any urgent issues to PM/QM team.

Part Time- IC contract, 4 hours / day, Monday to Friday
