What You’ll Help Us With

  • Auditing large-scale educational or technical content datasets across various topics.
  • Developing model-training guidelines and ontologies for your specialization.
  • Conducting independent evaluations of the quality of data produced by field experts, ensuring alignment with project standards.
  • Providing expert, detailed, and actionable feedback of educational content created by specialists.
  • Providing subject matter expertise on specific projects with researchers to offer insights and feedback.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MA/MS/PhD) in creative writing or similar
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience developing training documentation or SOPs
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts related to your field of specialization
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Experience with knowledge management software such as Confluence or Notion is a plus

Commitment: This is an ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. This role will be remote and available to candidates able to work between 30-40 hours per week.
