Job Title: QA Associate 1

Location: San Diego, CA | Onsite

Duration: 3 Months

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming materials and assist with packaging activities.
  • Review production records and verify labeling quality.
  • Manage document issuance and archival; revise SOPs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines and internal SOPs.
  • Gather data, manage investigations, and follow Good Documentation Practices.
  • Interact professionally with clients and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to follow instructions, solve problems, and manage materials.
  • Strong reasoning, communication, and quality control skills.
  • Lead by example, manage time efficiently, and multitask.
  • Work effectively under pressure.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Six Sigma or ASQ certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk, sit, stand, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds in an 8-hour day.
  • Vision requirements for reading documents and inspecting materials.
  • May require use of a respirator.
