Communicating with customer to support technical and sales logistics.
Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint Excel and Outlook)
Experience creating reports and correspondence
Knowledge of how to operate a PC w/ Windows 10 or Windows 11
Strong documentation skills with ability to respond to technical questions
Bachelor's Degree (in computer science or Information Technology a must)
DUTIES:
Respond to phone calls and assist clients with technical support questions regarding software
Provide logistics support to sales
Assist with developing and enforcing Standard Operation Procedures
Identify and resolve problems
Perform quality assurance operational objectives
Prepare and complete action plans
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
