Responsibilities

Need similar Diagnostics domain experience.

  • Conduct hands-on testing with a focus on APIs, Json, and primarily integration testing for both standalone applications and back-end APIs.
  • Utilize API testing tools such as Postman, SOAPUI, etc., for comprehensive testing procedures.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in database testing with a preference for Oracle; however, candidates with expertise in other databases will be considered.
  • Create and execute test cases in JIRA and DevOps environments, ensuring thorough and accurate test coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of applications and APIs.
  • Exhibit expertise in healthcare or diagnostics, providing valuable insights into domain-specific testing requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in software testing, with a focus on integration testing and standalone applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of API testing tools, including Postman, SOAPUI, etc.
  • Proficiency in database testing, preferably with Oracle, but open to candidates with experience in other database systems.
  • Experience with JIRA and DevOps for test case management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently, requiring minimal hands-on management.
  • Strong understanding of back-end APIs and their testing methodologies.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different time zones due to the remote nature of the position.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare or diagnostics testing.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to take ownership of testing processes.

Testing Approach

  • 80% manual testing, emphasizing a meticulous and comprehensive approach.
