Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp., U.S.A seek a Purchasing Intern for our Consumer Products manufacturing facility in Lincoln, NE. This would be a contract position and would be paid through our contract agency, Advance Services Inc.
Responsibilities Of The Purchasing Assistant Can Include
Support purchasing team with diverse clerical and administrative support, which can include, data entry, filing and copying
Follow up and communicate with suppliers on part delivery for service and production parts
Assist Purchasing Agents with various tasks, for example, downloading prints and following up on quotes
Required Qualifications For The Purchasing Assistant
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to recognize priorities and work well without detailed instructions
Must be proficient with computers and computer applications
