We are currently working with a Global Beauty Business for a PO Coordinator. This is a Part Time (20 hours per week) position initially for 8 weeks but with a strong likelihood of extensions
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing purchase orders (POs) for various vendors
Provide regular updates to brand managers regarding PO status to facilitate accurate budget management
Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team's operations
Comfortably navigate new systems and tools essential to PO management and reporting
Address issues related to POs and vendor transactions with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Skills
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability in administrative support roles, preferably in a marketing or procurement environment.
Comfortable adapting to and mastering new systems and technologies.
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
