Your Mission
Efficiently manage supply chain and purchasing activities for warehouse and technician trucks.
Monitor inventory levels and trends to ensure sufficient stock for customer demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align inventory levels with business objectives.
Administer purchasing orders and handle purchase requisitions.
Develop, implement, and oversee purchasing strategies per company objectives and goals.
Foster and maintain relationships with vendors, overseeing their performance.
Analyze, manage and reconcile inventory levels, as well as monitor inventory performance.
What You Bring To The Table
Experience in supply chain, purchasing, or warehousing.
Experience in wholesale distribution is a plus.
Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to process complex information.
Strong problem-solving and judgment skills, particularly in dealing with highly intricate data.
Experience in cycle counting of products.
Demonstrating attention to detail, a deadline-driven mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsive communication skills for addressing both internal and external customer queries.
Proficient phone and computer skills.
Preferred experience in maintaining vendor relationships.
Role Essentials
Location: Caldwell, Idaho
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday
License: Valid driver’s license (required)
Travel: This position may require occasional travel for inventory to other offices or remote locations.
