Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Safety Officer at Lake Forest College. The Public Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the campus community. They will conduct patrols, respond to emergencies, enforce campus policies, provide customer service to students and staff, and collaborate with local law enforcement.
Qualifications
Emergency Services and Law Enforcement experience
Physical Security and Public Safety knowledge
Strong customer service skills
Ability to act calmly and effectively in emergency situations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of college campus safety practices
CPR and First Aid certification
Driver's license and clean driving record
