Public Relations Fall Internship

*** Currently T7 is only taking on interns that are still enrolled in college and are looking to obtain class credit for their experience. We are also no longer accepting remote positions. ***

An Ideal Candidate Will:

· Have an interest in entertainment publicity

· Have basic knowledge of entertainment media outlets

· Be comfortable talking to strangers

· Have a great attention to detail

· Be knowledgeable in social media

· Have transportation to get to and from internship

· Require course credit for an internship

· Be located in Nashville, TN

Performance Tasks:

• Find and file client media coverage
• Learn to navigate Google Alerts and Muck Rack database 
• Increase organizational skills with Google Docs and Dropbox
• Develop content for Triple 7 PR's social media accounts
• Craft press releases and pitches
• Participate in media research projects (list building, contact searches, media campaign comparisons, etc)
• Listen in on executive calls, assist account executives with various publicity tasks
• Gain on-site media experience at events and local news stations *not guaranteed every semester
