Public Relations Assistant - Entry Level

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team at an entry level. This role involves supporting our public relations efforts, managing communications, and helping to build and maintain a positive public image for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager
• Integrate PR campaigns with customer promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and key accounts
• Coordinate in-store service events and ensure successful operation
• Build relationships with customers and communicate promotional services
• Develop and refine measurement strategies for PR campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
• Develop promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel
• Keep accurate and timely records of event traffic, production, and inventory
• Identify new opportunities and efficiency innovations
• Be considered for senior campaign management roles based on performance
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Previous experience in public relations, communications, or a related field is a plus
