As a Public Relations Assistant, you will support our PR initiatives, helping to craft and maintain our brand image, and ensuring effective communication between our company and the public.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies.
Write press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
Maintain and update media lists and contact databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, press conferences, and other media events.
Monitor media coverage and report on PR metrics.
Help manage social media accounts and engage with our audience.
Support the creation of marketing materials and collateral.
Assist in crisis communication and reputation management efforts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in a PR role or related position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
