Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting and editing press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate logistics for press conferences, media interviews, and promotional events.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on media impressions and PR metrics.
- Maintain media contact lists and build relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns to promote company initiatives or products.
- Support internal communication efforts, including employee newsletters and announcements.
- Handle inquiries from media, individuals, and other organizations, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to integrate PR campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in public relations, communications, or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR software tools is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
