About the Global PR Agency:

My client are a global, multi-award winning PR agency who are seeking to grow out their highly regarded lifestyle division in New York. They are known across the world as a powerhouse in the consumer lifestyle space, with elite clients across a number of industries including Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Travel, Beauty & Luxury Fashion.

You will have the opportunity to work on multinational accounts on a global scale, partnering with this agencies international teams across the US, Europe and the Asia-Pacific.

About the F&B and Hospitality Account Manager

You will serve as a day to day contact for clients and playing a pivotal role in generating media results and providing strategic guidance while guiding junior team members. The ideal candidate will thrive in a creative and fast paced environment, as well as be passionate about building meaningful relations, with both clients and media alike.

As a key member of the lifestyle division, you'll report directly in to the divisional VP and be the lead on some the worlds best restaurant, hotel, food & beverage and travel clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact and trusted advisor to up to 6 key client accounts across the Hospitality, F&B & Travel sectors
• Executing all aspects of strategic media relations; leveraging existing relationships with reporters and outlets while proactively seeking out new publications for your client
• Manage a small team of SAE's, AE's and interns, to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and results are delivered.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• 4 years+ PR Agency experience, with a focus on the lifestyle sector across hospitality, food & beverage and travel clients
• Confident and strong communicator, who is comfortable at pitching and presenting to both media and clients
• Ability to excel in a client facing, high-performing, fast paced environment
• Established media relations with both top tier and trade publications
