Becoming a member of Life Support Mental Health’s Service Provider Network is easy, profitable and provides you with a beneficial tool for your practice. Mental Health Check is a comprehensive assessment tool designed to scale the process for clients & clinicians. As a service provider you have the opportunity to expand your practice, assist targeted referrals (based on your core competencies) and generate income virtually. Many of our Service Providers have made Mental Health Check their full time practice.
Eligibility to become a Service Provider:
Psychologists, Psychological Associates and LCSW’s who are state licensed are eligible to review Mental Health Check and/or receive psychotherapy referrals from patients who have completed a Mental Health Check, and who are licensed in the client’s jurisdiction.
