Active PMHNP Florida License
PMHNP Experience (preferred)
Able to Pass AHCA Level 2 Screening
4 Verifiable Employment Peer References
Excellent verbal & written communication and computer skills (Required)

Job Description:
Travel/Drive 30 to 60 minutes a day each way to facilities
Conduct psychiatric assessments, screening protocols, make psychiatric medication recommendations, and attend/participate in GDR/Psychotropic Meetings monthly.
Order and interpret appropriate labs.
Receive and respond to calls from facilities assigned to you. No formal on-call duty but should be available to answer the phone after hours and weekends as appropriate.
Round on patients, collaborating with family & staff as appropriate.
Complete documentation and notes timely.
Meet productivity and encounter requirements daily.
