We've built a platform where thousands of people have met with board-certified dietitians to change their life through nutrition and lifestyle change — with insurance companies covering the cost. Dietitians are thrilled to have their own private practice that handles everything from insurance to client sourcing so they can focus on their clients, achieve financial freedom, and have agency over their work-life balance. Clients love getting convenient and personalized 1-on-1 care at little to no cost. Insurers love us because we help their members get healthier and lower their healthcare costs.

As of March 2024 we are the fastest growing company in the wellness space, with the best cash burn to growth metrics since early Airbnb, Stripe, and WhatsApp. Those aren’t our words — that’s according to our lead investors at General Catalyst, 1984, and Forerunner. Between our seed round in 2022 and the Series A we just closed in September 2023, we’ve raised over $25M in funding.


The vision 👁️

We like to say we are only in our first inning. Just as Amazon started by selling books online, we plan to do much much more than just insurance covered lifestyle counseling. We’re working on special secret projects that include AI, e-commerce, and food delivery: to help be there for our customers at every purchasing moment that can have an impact on their health and life.


The role 👤

As a Provider Growth Associate, you will be instrumental in Fay’s growth and mission to increase access to affordable nutrition therapy. You will use your sales expertise to help us strategically grow our provider base through a full-cycle sales motion.


As the first point of contact for providers, you will have a front row seat to the needs, feedback and experience of registered dietitians in private practice. You will work across teams to help integrate this insight into Fay’s product and processes to supercharge our growth!


You’ll be the perfect fit if:

  • You are passionate about the nutrition space and excited to help spread the word about affordable nutrition therapy
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a sales role (bonus points if you have experience selling to small businesses or working in a startup environment)
  • You love connecting with others over the phone, on video or over email and are excited to be in a provider-facing role
  • You are a hard worker and are able to think on your feet, try new things and quickly adapt when things don’t go your way
  • You are ready to juggle many different work streams while maintaining top notch organization and attention to detail
  • You take a data driven approach to sales and are ready to experiment with a variety of strategies to optimize lead generation and provider sourcing
  • You believe in our mission


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50,000 - $90,000 + commission
