Provider Communications Specialist

The Provider Communications Specialist is responsible for various aspects of provider communications, knowledge management, and provider experience. They oversee all provider-facing communications to ensure consistency and engagement, develop communication plans for product or company changes, collaborate with both technical and clinical subject-matter experts to create and revise communications, and communicate organizational changes impacting providers. They act as the bridge between the company and our providers, making sure our providers are updated and engaged. Additionally, they manage and maintain the Provider Help Center in Zendesk, ensuring accurate provider-facing guides and FAQs, and support monitoring provider experience across the provider lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee all provider-facing communications ensuring that the messaging is consistent and engaging.
  • Develop and implement an overall communications strategy to increase provider engagement and improve provider experience across the provider journey/lifecycle
  • Create communications plans, coordinate, and send standalone communications as needed (i.e., when there are product / company changes, resources, new programs etc.).
  • Collaborate with technical and clinical subject-matter-experts to write, edit, and revise communications.
  • Own maintenance of the Help Center, including content management and administrative tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between Provider Support/Clinical Team/Product Team to ensure outreaches and responses are consistent and accurate.
  • Draft/edit guides and FAQs as directed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably English or Communications
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare or service related environment, required
  • Ability to take long form content and/or technical writing and create concise, instructive copy
  • Experience in project management and data analysis
  • Proficiency of Braze, Sendgrid or equivalent
  • Experience in HTML and CSS
  • Experience in Zendesk or equivalent preferred

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively. The target base salary for this role is between $63,000 - $75,000.
