Job Title: Protestant Musician

Location: Chapel Fort Eustis, VA 633rd ABW/HC, Joint Base Langley-Eustis

Duties

  • Perform the music and include a prelude, postlude, accompaniment for all hymns and when needed by the choir.
  • Play either the guitar or the piano in support of the choir in the worship services and provide special anthems and other musical numbers.
  • The candidate shall be responsible for keys issued to him/her.

Qualifications:

  • Must be available to perform services on weekends, weekday evenings and holidays as required.
  • Must be able to play guitar and piano.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience with a church and/or chapel program playing

guitar or piano.

  • At least 1 year experience playing acoustic guitar or piano for worship services.
  • Three letters of recommendation which include contact information for

verification of required experience.
