PROPERTY MANAGER – Job Description

Focus: Operations & Relationships

The Property Managers are responsible for overall property management and customer service functions. Since most duties and responsibilities in property management revolve around either the client or the tenant, awesome customer service and conflict resolution skills are critical.

GENERAL

• Customer Service - Focus on building relationships, trust, and opportunities for business growth through positive client and customer validation.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and Property Managers.
• Acts as Owner & Tenant Point of Contact during leasing and management
• New Client Onboarding - Integrate new properties into our systems and keep new clients informed and confident in our ability to manage their property.
• Renewals - Detailed tracking and management of renewals to ensure minimum vacancy.
• Maintenance - Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval, ensure successful completion and billing.
• Management - Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices and other notices, lease enforcement, tenant move-out.
• Other - May be asked to help with different aspects of the business as needed, which may include - refining new processes, brainstorming solutions, field work, assisting on properties outside portfolio, marketing.

Position Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent, in good standing, in the State of Arizona.
• 2 years customer service, office environment or real estate related field
• High School Diploma plus some post graduate training/education
• Must follow and live by company values
• Must be organized and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Must be honest and dependable
• Must be fun to be around and full of good positive energy
• Must have a winning, can-do attitude
• Must leave the drama at the door and come ready to work hard and play hard
• Must live in the Phoenix metro area
• Have your own working vehicle & smart phone
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must have current everyday level computer skills
• Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Spanish a plus.
